Taylor Lankford is the son of Bill and Karla Lankford. At age 10, he becameFred Riley's youngest blackbelt. Taylor attends North Canton School and is in the 5th grade.

Taylor was the 2003 Dojo Southeast Champion in 10 and 11 Kumite advance, 17 and under in Musical Kata, and also 10 and under in Weapons advance. Taylor is a member of Fred Riley's demo team, the "SideKicks." Taylor was also Fred Riley's "Student of the Year" in 2001.

Taylor's says..."My name is Taylor Lankford. I'm 12 years old. My interests are karate and wrestling, and I love to go to the lake and go fishing and to play soccer. My goals in life is to become famous. I enjoy traveling to different places like Hawaii and the Turks & Caicos. I have dogs, cats, and a really kool hamster. I like to go outside and play basketball with my brother."
